Hikmicro Eco/Eco-V Handheld Thermal Camera

Designed for identifying mechanical and electrical faults, the Hikmicro Eco-Series Handheld Thermal Camera captures radiometric thermal images. To this end, it includes a 96 x 96px IR detector, a 50° wide-angle lens, and can measure temperatures between -20°C and +550°C to an accuracy of ±2°C/2%. The Eco automatically tracks the minimum, maximum, and centre temperatures. Additionally, it supports SuperIR imaging which increases the thermal resolution to 240 x 240px and offers a choice of six thermal palettes (White Hot, Black Hot, Rainbow, Ironbow, Red Hot, and Fusion). Images may be saved to the Hikmicro Eco’s built-in 4GB memory. The Eco also features an integrated 3350mAh Li-Ion rechargeable battery which delivers an operating time of up to eight continuous hours. The Hikmicro Eco Thermal Cameras’ battery life can be further extended using the Auto-Power-Off function which may be set to activate after five, ten, or twenty minutes of idleness.

Hikmicro Eco-V Advantages

There are two models in the Hikmicro Eco series: the Eco and Eco-V. The Eco-V differs in that it also includes a 0.3MP digital camera allowing engineers to switch between Thermal, Visual, and Fusion imaging modes at the touch of a button. Fusion imaging mode overlays digital details onto a corresponding thermal image, creating a combined picture with greater clarity.

Furthermore, visual and thermal images can be saved simultaneously to the Hikmicro Eco-V’s internal memory.
