Designed to perform quick inspections of various assets including fuses, pumps and motors, and electrical panels, the compact Fluke PTi120 Pocket Thermal Imaging Camera is a fully radiometric infrared camera with an IR resolution of 120 x 90 (10 800 pixels) and a temperature range of -20°C to +400°C. Each pixel within captured IR images contains specific temperature information pertaining to that area.
As the Fluke PTi120 Pocket Thermal Imaging Camera is equipped with a Fluke Connect Asset Tagging feature, captured IR images and their time and date stamped data is automatically saved to a predefined folder. The user needs only scan a barcode or QR code to ensure the captured media and information is saved to the relevant folder. This information can be transferred to a PC, network and/or relevant persons via a Wi-Fi connection. Alternatively, this data will be automatically uploaded to a PC or network when connected via a USB interface.
Images can be viewed via the Fluke PTi120 Pocket Thermal Imaging Camera’s 3.5-inch, LCD, touchscreen display. Via this display the user can engage the IR-Fusion™ function which will blend thermal images with visible light images to varying degrees; the user can alter the degree to which this blending occurs by sliding his/her finger across the screen. As a result, the user is provided with a picture containing all the relevant thermal data with the detail of a visible photo. This adds to the ease, and efficiency of identifying and locating failing components allowing the user to affect the necessary repairs before significant damage is sustained; subsequently this reduces the overall downtime of the equipment, plant and/or system.
Also adding to the efficiency and ease of troubleshooting is the Fluke PTi120 Pocket Thermal Imaging Camera’s ability to display images in a variety of colour palettes. The user can select from six colour palettes in order to view the details most relevant to his/her application.
The compact size of the Fluke PTi120 Pocket Thermal Imaging Camera ensures that it is always easily accessible, as it can be transported within the user’s pocket. Furthermore, its rugged design means that it is protected against dust and water ingress and is able to survive a drop of up to 1m. The Fluke PTi120 Pocket Thermal Imaging Camera has an IP54 enclosure rating.
The resilient, reliable and practical Fluke PTi120 Pocket Thermal Imaging Camera is an effective troubleshooting and predictive maintenance tool; it is ideal for performing frontline scans of a variety of assets.
