This is the FLIR Scout III 320, the upgraded version of the Scout III 240.

Made for use in outdoor conditions with completely weatherproof case, the Scout III 320 will help you see through the dark, weather conditions and more to detect the heat given off by objects such as animals and humans. This product is ideally suited for use by hunters, ramblers, campers and much more.

The Scout III 320 is the only model in the series with frame rate of 60Hz. This gives the camera exceptionally smooth video; even when you're moving, the images refresh often enough to keep maintain the images' quality.
