FLIR Scion OTM2/366 Outdoor Thermal Monoculars – 60Hz

The FLIR Scion OTM2/366 Outdoor Thermal Monoculars are equipped with a FLIR Boson core, 640 x 512-pixel detector, high-definition display and have a frame rate of 60Hz. They are suitable for capturing crisp, clear, continuous thermal footage and images in all light conditions from total darkness to glaring light to lingering haze.

These two FLIR Scion OTM2/366 Outdoor Thermal Monoculars differ only in regards to their lens sizes and fields-of-view; please see the table below for further details.

These thermal optics also include a number of features and functions allowing the user to tailor the instrument to the application, environment or his/her preferences. For instance, the user is able to engage the Video Record function to capture 60Hz thermal footage; alternatively, he/she can use the Picture-in-Picture Zoom to view particular points on the image in greater detail without losing the overall field-of-view. Additionally, he/she may alter the thermal imaging palette; the user can select from the following six palettes:

• Black Hot
• Iron Bow
• Rainbow
• Graded Fire
• Lava

Furthermore, the FLIR Scion OTM2/366 Outdoor Thermal Monoculars include GPS functionality for geotagging thermal media. Thermal images and footage may be saved to the FLIR Scion OTM2/366 Outdoor Thermal Monoculars’ internal 2GB memories; it is possible to extend the cameras’ memory capacities via the addition of an OPTIONAL 128GB microSD card. Saved footage and images may be transferred to a compatible instrument (such as a PC, smartphone or tablet) via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
