Its Infrared Guided Measurements (IGM™) can be used to identify hot spots and potential issues quickly allowing the user to conduct the relevant electrical tests more effectively and efficiently. The FLIR CM275 IGM™ Thermal Imaging Datalogging Clamp Meter has a thermal resolution of 160 x 120px and can be used to conduct non-contact temperature measurements. Additionally, the FLIR CM275 IGM™ Thermal Imaging Datalogging Clamp Meter’s crosshairs and integrated laser pointer allow the user to pinpoint the location of hot spots precisely and from a safe distance.

This all-in-one diagnostic tool also features an array of electrical measurement capabilities including AC/DC voltage, AC current, capacitance, diode and resistance. This instrument is capable of measuring high and low voltages and includes advanced features such as a VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) mode, LoZ (Low Impedance) tests and True-RMS readings. As a result, the FLIR CM275 IGM™ Thermal Imaging Datalogging Clamp Meter is ideal for diagnosing complex systems.

Additionally, the thermal imaging clamp meter’s AC current measurement range can be extended to 3000A AC using the FLIR Flex Clamp accessories (NOT included), thereby expanding its scope-for-use. Moreover, the FLIR CM275 IGM™ Thermal Imaging Datalogging Clamp Meter features built-in work lights for conducting tests in dark areas and a narrow jaw for accessing tight spaces. The FLIR CM275 IGM™ Thermal Imaging Datalogging Clamp Meter has a safety rating of CAT IV 600V, CAT III 1000V.  

Measurements and thermal images can be saved to the FLIR CM275 IGM™ Thermal Imaging Datalogging Clamp Meter’s internal memory. Recorded data can be downloaded wirelessly via Bluetooth to compatible FLIR apps such as FLIR Tools and FLIR InSite. Once downloaded to these apps measurements and IR images can be used to create documentation and/ or can be sent to relevant persons such as colleagues or clients.
